Institute hosts QIA: Living with Fire workshop

Fall and winter are great times to reduce wildfire risks to homes and properties. The New Mexico Forest and Watershed Restoration Institute and partners are offering a free workshop Saturday, Sept. 29 with practical tips for how to prune, thin out trees and prepare a house before the Spring fire season ramps up. No need to sign up ahead of time, just show up! This is part of the Querencia in Action: Living with Fire series hosted by Luna Community College and NMFWRI.
